The Sisters of Mercy New York, Pennsylvania, Pacific West community was founded on Janurary 1, 2008. It unified former regional communities in these areas: Buffalo, Erie, the Philippines, Pittsburgh and Rochester. The Community has about 500 sisters and more than 400 Mercy Associates.
